Magic Bus would like a many people as possible interested in our work to join our journey

our website that you can let us know who you are and how you would like us to be in touch
with you. 

Because of this we want to assure you that we have the protection of your privacy at the
forefront of our minds and hence have created this privacy policy to explain our practices

What information do we collect?

Normal Website Use
You can surf this site without telling us who you are or revealing any information about
yourself.  On some occasions however, we may need information from you, such as your
name and e-mail address so that we can be in touch with you as per the interests you have
expressed to us.  We will only collect your contact details with your consent and this will
be done by you filling out a form. 
The only information we gather during general browsing is from standard server logs. 
These include your IP (Internet Protocol) address, domain name, browser type, operating
system, and information such as the web site that referred you to us, the files you
downloaded, the pages you visit, and the dates/times of those visits. 

Personal Information 
Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name,
email address, format preference (HTML vs. Text), address, interests, and similar
information. If you register for a newsletter, give us feedback, join a blog, apply for a job,
register as a volunteer, register for an event or make a donation, etc. you will be asked to
provide such information. If you are purchasing something on the web, you may be asked to
provide your credit card details.
 
What do we do with the information that we collect?

Any and all information collected at our websites will be kept strictly confidential and will not
be sold, reused, rented, leased, loaned, traded, or otherwise disclosed to a third party.  Any
information you give on this site will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways to which you have not consented. All our mailers will have an unsubscribe button and if you are concerned you can also contact us on communications@magicbusindia.org if you wish to inform us of a change of contact details of if you want us to stop contacting you. 
We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card details.

Access to personal information:

Magic Bus will, at the request of an individual, provide the individual with access to all
personal information which Magic Bus holds, and Magic Bus will, at the request of the
individual to whom the information relates, make appropriate corrections, deletions or
additions to ensure that the information is accurate, relevant, up-to-date, and complete.
At the request of the individual Magic Bus will delete all information related to that person.
