We are proud that Magic Bus has already captured the hearts of over 240 volunteers from all walks of life.
Our programme is designed to offer accessible volunteering to people who already lead busy lives. Many of our activities are run at the weekends, in the evenings and at locations close to places of work.

Magic Bus adopts best practices for its volunteering programme by assigning a dedicated Volunteer
Manager who will help assign need specific jobs and help clarify roles based on a volunteer’s commitment levels.

We regularly organise orientations for all new volunteers which consists of a short, general overview of the organisation and its mission and to expose the volunteers to the organization's culture and method of operations. This is followed up with volunteer placement into an
activity. We give our volunteers the flexibility to change the nature of volunteering yet request for a degree of commitment to allow for the smooth flow of the programmes.

All our volunteers are requested to clearly understand and support our internationally verified Child
Protection Policy before joining us on any activity with the children. A volunteer’s evaluation is carried out
after every Magic Bus residential programme and feedback is also requested from them.
We also have a regular electronic newsletter for our volunteers.
