The Management Development Centre
The key objective of the Management Development Centre (MDC)  is to provide a funding base for
Magic Bus activities. It will provide a unique environment for corporate employees and individuals to participate in training programmes and outdoor activities for both a learning platform and leisure.
The facility will be adjoining the Magic Bus Centre and will exclusively provide an on-going revenue
stream towards the operation of Magic Bus.

We have interviewed the leading corporate training companies who have emphatically endorsed the need

for the proposed facility and have indicated a commitment to support this project. In addition to the above commitment we have identified a growing tendency of corporations and training companies to use outdoor management development (OMD) to nurture team building and leadership skills. Whilst approximately 50%
of these companies currently offer OMD courses, there is no establishment that offers the key requirements for such a technique to be effective. Therefore in addition to traditional indoor facilities we will build OMD activities over a two acre area.

For the past three years Magic Bus has been continually learning how to use the outdoors for both self-development and fun. It has a considerable human resource which has been able to continually deliver superb standards of quality programmes, that include outdoor instructors, hospitality experts, psychologists and corporate trainers. The focus of the organisation is to deliver a quality product in a similar field and therefore the learning curve for the creation of this new activity will be minimal.
