Magic Bus is an award winning NGO based in Mumbai that believes in child’s right to play (as declared by the UN). We use sport as a medium to work on overall development enabling girls and boys to realise their true potential. Magic Bus aims to create a new generation of youth empowered to take charge of their own communities and build a strong and aware society. Since its inception in 1999, the organisation has reached out to over 18,000 children living in some of the most at risk and marginalised circumstances in the city. Magic Bus is the first organisation to bring the mission of sport for development into an Asian context and successfully found ways of working in partnership to address some key issues of development of young people.

Magic Bus Centre for Learning & Development: The Magic Bus centre is world class outdoor development facility, situated 1.5 hours from South Mumbai, near Karjat. It is a 25-acre plot of land where residential facilities have been built for running indoor and outdoor development programmes. We are looking for energetic people to form a team at Magic Bus children’s programme at the centre in Karjat. The responsibility includes not just conducting activities but ensuring that the children are given an experience that they will cherish and learn from. The activities include Climbing, rappelling, kayaking, rafting, obstacle course, ropes course, trekking, zip line, Jacob ladder and many more,
